Privacy Policy — Flow Puzzles

Effective date: 15 July 2026 · Publisher: MindMythos · Contact: qholford@gmail.com

The short version: Flow Puzzles is an offline puzzle game. There are no accounts and we never ask for your name, email, or any personal details. Your puzzle progress stays on your device. The only data that leaves your device is handled by the advertising and purchase services built into the app (Google AdMob and the Google Play / Unity purchase system) — and buying the one-time "Remove ads" purchase removes the banner and that advertising data flow entirely.

1. Who we are

Flow Puzzles is published by MindMythos, an independent games developer based in the United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, contact us at qholford@gmail.com.

2. Data we do not collect ourselves

Flow Puzzles has no accounts and no sign-in. MindMythos does not ask for, collect or receive your name, contacts, photos or any personal details, and we hold no personal data about you on our own systems. The game itself plays fully offline. The only information that ever leaves your device is collected by the third-party advertising and purchase services built into the app — described in sections 4 and 5 — and this is reflected in the app's Data safety information on its Google Play listing.

3. Data stored on your device only

The game saves your puzzle progress, career points, trophies and settings in its own private storage on your device. This data never leaves your device except through Android's own optional backup service (see section 6). Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in your device settings, deletes it.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of Flow Puzzles shows one small banner advertisement, served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads software inside the app may automatically collect:

This collection is performed by Google under its own policies — see how Google uses data from apps that use its services. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the game shows Google's consent form before any personalised advertising, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also limit or reset your advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings.

The one-time Remove ads purchase removes the banner and, with it, this data collection.

5. Purchases

The one-time Remove ads purchase is processed entirely by Google Play, using the in-app purchase software provided by Unity (Unity Gaming Services). We never see or store your payment details. To complete the purchase and to restore it if you reinstall, this purchase system may collect a device identifier, your purchase history for this app, and diagnostic data. This collection is performed by Google and Unity under their own policies:

6. Backups

Android may automatically back up the game's save data to your own Google account (Android Auto Backup), so your progress can be restored on a new phone. This backup is controlled by your device's backup settings, not by us, and we cannot access it.

7. Children

Flow Puzzles is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to hand over, correct or erase — deleting the app's local data is entirely in your control (uninstall the game or clear its storage). For data collected by Google for advertising, use the controls described in section 4 or contact Google. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy — for example, if a future update adds a new feature that affects data — we will update this page and the effective date above.
